BDT Transactions via bKash & Nagad
All deposits and withdrawals on fansiwin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment channel used for the deposit — bKash to bKash, Nagad to Nagad. Processing takes up to 24 hours for verified accounts.
Bonus Terms Apply

Governing Jurisdiction
fansiwin is operated as an online gaming platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. While we make every effort to provide a safe, fair, and reliable service to all Bangladesh players — including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — it is the player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using an online gaming platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. fansiwin does not warrant legality in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your decision to use the platform.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

- You will use only your own personal payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank accounts) to fund your fansiwin account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
Age Verification Process
fansiwin reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. During any pending age verification review, fansiwin may suspend deposit, betting, and withdrawal functionality on the relevant account. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Where fansiwin has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under 18 years of age — regardless of whether that player has already been through initial verification — fansiwin may conduct an enhanced age verification review at any point. The decision of fansiwin regarding age eligibility is final.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may register one account only on fansiwin. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different devices, or different IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals held across those accounts.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account, and email address. fansiwin uses the contact information on your account to communicate important notices, including changes to these Terms, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.
Account Security & Password
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fansiwin username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- fansiwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fansiwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
- You must notify fansiwin support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. fansiwin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred before you notified us.
- We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a second layer of verification at login and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
- fansiwin reserves the right to require a password reset at any time if we believe your account security may have been compromised.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your fansiwin account, you will be required to complete a KYC identity verification process. This process requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identity document (such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport) and may include a proof of address document and a selfie for facial verification purposes. KYC documents are processed within two business days of submission. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. Deposit and betting activities are not affected by pending KYC status.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on fansiwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fansiwin does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency. Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though fansiwin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusually structured deposits.
- Deposits are credited to your fansiwin account balance in real time following confirmed receipt from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts are not permitted and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees) following identity verification.
- fansiwin does not charge a fee on incoming deposits. Your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transfer charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account (same-channel rule). For example, if your last deposit was made via bKash, your withdrawal will be returned to your registered bKash number.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for fully verified accounts with a clean transaction history, measured from the time the withdrawal request is submitted. Processing times are referenced to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. Submitting a withdrawal request before completing KYC will place the request in a pending state until verification is passed.
- fansiwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud-detection systems. During such a review, the withdrawal will be placed on hold. fansiwin will communicate the reason for the hold and the expected resolution timeframe to the player via their registered email address.
- fansiwin does not charge a fee on standard BDT withdrawals. USDT cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network gas fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Bonuses & Promotions
fansiwin offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are subject to the terms specified in this section as well as any additional conditions stated in the individual promotion's offer page.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is met will be voided and removed from the account balance, along with any winnings generated from that bonus.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds may not be used on all games. Restricted games (including many live casino table games) may contribute 0% towards wagering requirements. Check the game contribution table for each promotion before wagering bonus funds.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
- fansiwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses already credited to player accounts will be communicated with reasonable notice.
- Players who have opted out of receiving promotional communications are not eligible to claim bonuses unless they opt back in through their account settings.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered member of fansiwin, you agree at all times to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with fansiwin.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live casino games, or exploit the fansiwin platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to sporting events or casino game outcomes listed on fansiwin.
- Colluding with other players — particularly in live poker, baccarat, or other multi-player card games — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, display malfunctions, or pricing errors on fansiwin. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void. fansiwin will recover such winnings and may close the associated account.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to fansiwin. All chargeback requests will be contested. Accounts subject to an active chargeback dispute will be suspended pending resolution.
- Using fansiwin for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. fansiwin cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.
- Providing false identity information, uploading forged or altered KYC documents, or impersonating another individual during the registration or verification process.
- Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the fansiwin platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems.
fansiwin employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors platform activity around the clock at Bangladesh Standard Time. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by a human analyst within 24 hours. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, fansiwin will act promptly and decisively in accordance with the remedies set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your fansiwin account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@fansiwin. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome, and any remaining withdrawable balance (subject to completed KYC and wagering requirement clearance on bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Suspension or Closure by fansiwin
fansiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
- Suspicious account activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming page.
- A third-party request from a law enforcement agency, financial intelligence unit, or other competent authority.
- Extended inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative monthly maintenance fees of ৳200 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower), until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
Where an account is closed by fansiwin due to confirmed fraud, breach of Terms, or underage gambling, fansiwin reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance and to pursue recovery of any funds previously withdrawn in connection with the prohibited conduct.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fansiwin and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the fansiwin platform — including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical faults, platform downtime, delays in payment processing, or data breaches resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Service Availability
fansiwin endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, fansiwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for service outages caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, third-party infrastructure failures (including failures of mobile banking providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), force majeure events, or events outside fansiwin's reasonable control.
In the event that a technical fault results in an incorrect bet being accepted, an incorrect payout being made, or a game outcome being displayed in error, fansiwin reserves the right to void the affected transaction and recalculate the correct outcome. fansiwin will communicate such corrections to affected players via their registered email address within 48 hours of the fault being identified.
Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
Gambling involves financial risk. fansiwin does not guarantee any winnings and explicitly cautions all players that it is possible to lose all funds deposited into their account. Players are strongly advised to set deposit limits, session time limits, and to make use of all responsible gaming tools available on the platform. fansiwin is not liable for financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform in accordance with these Terms.
